When your information may be requested. The Port Lincoln Hotel website is designed to provide visitors with easy online access to information about the products and services we have to offer. It also provides support for our customers and business partners. Much of the content of this site is given freely, and can be viewed anonymously.

However, where a more personalised experience is required – such as secure areas where our business partners can access non-public details – some personal information is required. This is to protect confidential commercial information that we do not wish to share beyond our valued customers, partners and suppliers. We will never knowingly send you unsolicited emails (known commonly as ‘SPAM’) when you have not requested them.

When signing up for our e-newsletters, you will be given the option of agreeing to us sending you related information about any or all of the products or services we offer. Checking this option means you agree to us sending you emails from time to time, of a marketing or informational kind.

Leaving the option unchecked means we will not include you in any promotional offers or emails.

Terms and Conditions

** CREDIT CARD USED FOR GUARANTEE ONLY (Except for ADVANCED PURCHASED NON REFUNDABLE Rates) - PAYMENT IS NOT DEBITED UPON BOOKING ** Terms and Conditions: Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to arrival should you wish to cancel your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. All guests must provide a credit card for a pre-authorisation swipe on check in (unless all charges are covered by a company or agent charge back). Guests will be responsible for settling their own accounts if charge backs are not received prior to check in. Debit cards are not accepted as credit and will require prepayment as well as a nominal preauthorised amount to guarantee incidental charges. Pre authorised funds are held for a period of 7-10 days depending on the individual bank policy and will then be automatically released back to you. Should guests not be able to present a credit card or debit card on check in, the hotel's cash/EFTPOS policy requires full payment of accommodation plus $100 bond per night at the time of check in along with valid photo identification. All bond rooms are subject to a visual inspection of the room on departure prior to refunding the bond. All credit card payments incur a surcharge (VISA & MASTERCARD 1% and AMEX and Diners 1.5%). Late cancellation (within 24 hours of arrival) and no show bookings will be charged one full nights accommodation. For all cash, third party and voucher bookings valid identification must be presented at the time of check in and all registered guests must be a minimum 18 years of age. Rooms will only be held until 6pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.  Bookings made via 3rd party online travel agents such as and Expedia are subject to the OTA booking terms and conditions of sale. Room preference or special requests are not guarantee and are subject to availability.  
Any amendments or cancellations to bookings made via 3rd party websites such as and Expedia must be made directly with the booking agent. 
Any bookings made via online travel agents may be subject to prepayment of room within 24 hours of arrival. Should the bookers credit card decline and no alternative payment be provided prior to check in, that room will be subject to release at 6pm as a non-guaranteed booking.
