The Southern Rock Lobster (Crayfish) found off the coast of the Eyre Peninsula, is considered the supreme lobster by true lovers of the delicacy. With its superb taste and texture, the lobster is a truly exotic, rich and seductive luxury, elevating dining to it's most opulent.
Unfortunately, due to popular demand – our iconic King Coffin Bay Oysters are temporarily unavailable. Over the past four years, this ‘Goliath’ from the sea has been exclusive to Sarins Restaurant and enjoyed by many local, interstate and even international guests. These King Oyster consumers form part of an exclusive group of just 241 people, each tagged and numbered with a gold plaque and presented by our Executive Chef and his team; all made possible by our suppliers Coffin Bay Oyster Farm.
The King Oyster, growing up to 20cm in size, has enjoyed the pristine waters of Coffin Bay for somewhere between four to seven years making this delicacy a highly limited product. We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to the future when we can again offer this unique experience to the next willing group of consumers.
